Misbehaviour

A term that is used to describe unsportsmanlike conduct such as:

• showing disrespect toward the officials
• deliberately breaking the ball
• using abusive language
• kicking the table

The first offense usually results in a yellow card, the second a penalty point for the player's opponent, the third offense results in 2 penalty points. Any misbehaviour beyond the third offense will normally result in suspension.
