Feeder

1. The player who performs the simpler part of a training drill. For example, the feeder may block the ball to the forehand corner and middle of the table in turn, whilst their training partner loops the ball to the feeder's forehand block. The act of performing the simpler part of the drill is known as feeding the ball.

2. In multiball, the person who hits the balls from the container at the side of the table.
